Demo
Appraisal :
Pro-Demo offers you
an independent review of your demo along with
useful help and advice that will enable you to make
informed decisions about your career.
Although we no
longer present your music via our online database,
we do still maintain a record of all of the music
sent to us and will always present your work
whenever a suitable contact or request comes in to
us through our international contact network. In
addition to this your music will also come to the
attention of our parent company Practical
Music and
all of the links we have there with production
companies, labels, publishers and game
developers.
Registering with us
also qualifies you for inclusion in our popular
podcast so be sure to select the check box on the
register page.
Once you have
signed up for a demo appraisal we will always be
available to you to answer any questions you may
have. So, if you have a problem, just drop us a
line and we'll do our best to help out.

Small
label support service :
In the past we have
helped a number of individual artists and small
labels organise their business so that they can
make the most of the music they make. We also know
that without good advice it is so easy to make
critical mistakes that will cost you not only
financially but also loose you fans.
Too often have we
heard from artists that they have their music on
iTunes but haven't sold anything - well, yes,
iTunes is easy enough to get onto but if no-one
knows you're there, nothing will happen.
With our support
service we offer you not only a full personal
consultation but also specific help on a range of
topics, including Contracts, Publishing, Promotion
and Physical and digital distribution.

Who
is behind Pro-Demo?
Pro-Demo
is totally independant. It has been developed and
is run by Tom Pearce, a composer, producer
and all round music person with over 30 years
experience in the industry and his company,
Practical
Music.
It is vitally important to the success of Pro-Demo
- and the artists we support - that it is NOT a
part of a major label or any other company and
while it is true that there are some pretty
powerful companies in our extensive, international
network they do not have any influence or control
over the site and it's content.
The
business development and administration is handled
by Tom's wife, Christine who herself is no
stranger to the music industry having managed
studios and record label departments throughout her
own career.
